Adult Ballet Program

Gulfshore Ballet offers adult learners of all ages and experience to participate in classical ballet through the Adult Ballet Program. Classes are ideal for beginners who are interested in learning at a slow pace, to the advanced student, who has a strong background and technical skill in ballet. All classes are ideal for the adult student who wishes to practice ballet while improving fitness.  Registration required.

Intermediate Ballet

This 60 minute class features a traditional, structured classical ballet class with exercises at the barre and in the center. This is the ideal class for the adult who wishes to learn the structure, sequence and skills of a traditional ballet class.  This is a fun way to learn ballet technique and to stay in shape. 

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-11:00 AM

 

**Adult Pointe

Tuesday 11:00-11:30 AM

 

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet

This 60 minute class features a traditional, structured ballet class with exercises at the barre and in the

center. This is an ideal class for the adult student who wishes to continue their ballet training in an upbeat

and energetic environment. This is the perfect class for the former professional dancer& student who wish to

stay in shape. Previous ballet training recommended.

Monday 7:00-8:00 PM

 

Beginner Barre Only

This is the perfect class for adult students who are new to classical ballet and for those who would like a slower-paced ballet barre class. Learn the technique and vocabulary of classical ballet while stretching, strengthening and toning the body.

Wednesday 10:00-11:00 AM

 

Single Class Card: $20

Unlimited Monthly Class Card (Adults Only): $150.00

 

*All Adult students MUST register online

**All students must be approved by the instructor before they take the Adult Pointe class.  The student must attend the Intermediate class before the Pointe class for the safety of their body.

 

Right to Refuse Admission or Service

Gulfshore Ballet reserves the right to deny service, enrollment, and/or revoke previously awarded privileges at the discretion of the Executive Director.
